Get your time back.Spend it on something analog.

Less screen time. More of the work, and life, that matters.

We equip your team to hand the busywork to tools. That frees your people for the work that needs a human, like creativity and decision-making. We are not here to bill you for hours. Success means your team runs without us, and you keep everything we built together.

Two minutes. A founder reads it and calls you back.

We don’t sell you softwareWe teach your people to get more from the tools you already have.
Hands onWe sit with you and do the work together, inside your real workflow.
Human firstPeople make the decisions. Tools take the busywork.
01 / Why now

Tools are spreading. Training is not.

The gap isn’t the tools. It’s whether the people using them were taught to make the call themselves. That’s the part we do.

02 / What changes

Same people.
A better way through.

Pick a familiar task and set your hours. See what the usual way costs, and what a workflow could give back.

Your week

The weekly report

A scenario, not a promise. Based on 48 working weeks and 8-hour days. The share is your assumption. Real savings depend on the task, setup, and review.

03 / How it works

You should not need us forever.

One task to start. A working system to keep. People who know how to run it. See the four steps of a typical engagement.

Offerings

Three ways in.

Begin with what is stuck, not a menu of technology. We start with you, then your team. A custom build comes after, if you need one. We teach the method, not a vendor.

01

Executive 1:1

For the senior executive

We start with you, one on one. We pick a task from your own week that is a good fit for automation and set it up together. You learn the method before your team does.

02

Teach your staff

For your team

Then we train your team in their real work, on the tools you already have. The goal is fluency: what to ask, what to check, and when to decide without the tool.

Custom build

For something that doesn’t exist yet

We build it with you. You get a working application that is yours to keep. Our implementation partners can take it to production.

We help people decide what they do well, what they’d rather not do, and where their time should go.

04 / Our story

Three lifelong friends. The same problem from three directions.

Three directionsOne firm
Academia Software Enterprise sales Analog Dreams
20+years in academia

The professor has spent more than 20 years in academia. When his school asked him to build its applied program for AI tools, the questions started coming from everywhere: colleagues, friends, friends of friends. All of them wanted the same thing: to understand how to use these tools in their own lives.

25years in enterprise sales

The sales executive has spent 25 years in enterprise sales. His company handed him powerful new tools with no guidance and no rules. He saw the same thing at most of his clients: tools bought, then used badly or not at all.

1custom software firm built

The developer built a successful custom software firm. He kept watching companies pay for consulting engagements that never ended. With the right teaching, he figured, anyone could build new ways of working and keep them.

Three views of one problem. One stubborn idea. So they joined forces and started Analog Dreams.

Who we work with, and who we won’t.

We teach individuals and organizations to build and run the systems that take busywork off their day.

Who we work with

We work with clients who know AI tools change fast and will change how their business runs. They don’t know where to start yet, or how to train their people to stay competitive.

If that sounds like you, tell us what’s stuck.

Where we draw the line

We don’t work with companies that want to replace people.

People bring the judgment and creativity that earn the trust of your customers and employees. We help them hand off the parts of their work that need neither, so they have more time for the parts that do.

We don’t work with companies that want to automate life-altering decisions.

People should make the decisions that shape someone’s employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, health care, legal outcomes, or safety. Tools can help gather data and speed up the process, but they can’t make moral judgments. We only work near these decisions when specialists and proper controls are in place and funded.

Our world is digital.
We dream in analog.
